Characteristics:

1.The product is a down-stirring tilting-type shovel pot and uses a brand new design to solve the problems of waste oil  

  dripping, difficult discharging and different cleaning of the up-stirring shovel pot, ranking in the leading position   among domestic counterparts.

2.The product uses the diffusion type circulating oil-way heating, which is characterized by large radiation area, fast 

  heating, evenly heating and easy to control temperature, ensuring that food nutrients are not destroyed and all indicators 

  have reached the green standards.

3.The stirring system uses a unique gear reducer, so that the service life of the stirring system effectively improves.

    4.The pot body uses the overall thermal insulation program to reduce heat loss and save energy.

5.The vacuum stir-frying can reduce the stir-frying temperature so as to avoid heat sensitive materials from changes in color and taste due to excessive 

  heating and keep the original color and flavor of material, and can also shorten the stir-frying time by drawing out the water in material by virtue of 

  vacuum effect.

6.All equipment is stainless steel structure and uses 90 degree hydraulic overturn  discharging, intelligent touch screen design and stirring. Weight device( 

  optional).

7.This machine is 90 degree overturned structure. That can make material dumping more clean, effectively reducing the labor.
