Take steam as heat source, through water to heating and sterilize. Pasteurization to food after packing to extend food stuffing service life. Keep good sterilize result due to water feature, totally comply correspond the sterilize theory. The low sterilize temperature(less than100degree) to keep food flavor and nutrients.
