Working principle and characteristics:
This machine is mainly used for solid-liquid separation. In fact, it is a separation technology based on the sedimentation principle that the solid separate firstly from the liquid, and then the two kinds of liquid will separate from each other. The solid particles heavier than the liquid can precipitate in a predetermined time. The material can be formed three relatively stable layers under the centrifugal force in the high speed rotating drum. The solid can move to the small end by the impetus of the screw conveyor and then be discharged through the outlet. Heavy liquid and light liquid layer can move to main channel along the spiral vane, then both can be discharged through respective outlet.
