3. It is mainly used for green bean paste, white lotus seed paste, no starch red bean and crispy paste. Bean
gum, skin,and starch will be removed from beans. So the finished bean paste taste exquisite, soft, and nonstick. Melt in mouth and no peculiar smell.
It is mainly used to smash, peel, wash the bean paste and dehydrate for beans like red bean, white kidney bean, soybean, pea and green bean, etc.
The soft boiled beans can be pumped to the pulper for smashing, and then beans skin & pulp together can flow into mesh sieve. Beans skin can be intercepted to exit by water injection while bean paste drip into the washing basin through the mesh sieve. Then the mixture can be stirred through bubbling by air pump. The starch and bean gum can mixed in the water fully, and then precipitate. So the floating bean gum & starch on the water surface can be removed. Thus the bean paste can be left over. Again water injected into the washing basin, the bean paste can be stirred evenly and then pumped into the presser for dehydration. It will take 40 minutes for the entire process.
